How to enable Multi-Factor Authentication?
We encourage users to improve the strength of their accounts by enabling the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). Once the MFA feature is enabled, a One-Time Password (OTP) will be required everytime you login. There are two types of MFA available. Smartphone device App OTP or Email OTP; we encourage the App OTP. If you choose Smart device or App OTP, you will need to enter the OTP from your phone everytime you login; if you choose Email OTP, you will need to enter OTP sent to your Email everytime you login. Please setup your desired OTP accordingly.
App OTP
1. Go to the Settings Menu.
2. Select App OTP in the MFA OTP.
3. Download Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator on your smart device.
Google Authenticator for Android
4. Open the QR Code scanner
5. Scan the QR Code on you screen with the QR Code scanner.
6. You will find the 6-digits PIN on your smart device.
7. Enter into the setup page and click on Save.
Email OTP
1. Go to the Settings Menu.
2. Select Email OTP in the MFA OTP.
3. Click on Save to finish.
